In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association has adopted the following policies to safeguard web user’s personal information and is committed to protecting its confidentiality. The New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association will limit the collection and use of personal information to the purpose directly related to the function or activities stated on the collection. The New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (the Association) collects personal data for the purpose or objective indicated on the Association's pages, such as donations, volunteer applications, course enrollment, and venue rental applications etc., to facilitate the processing of relevant applications. The collected personal data will only be used to process the related application for the purpose or objective indicated on the current page. Without the consent of the data subject, the Association will not sell, rent, or transmit the collected personal data to other organizations or other parties. Providing data is voluntary; the fields marked (*) are mandatory. If the information provided is insufficient or if no information is submitted in respect of the fields marked (*), the Association may not be able to process the related application for the purpose or objective indicated on the current page. If you wish to access, correct, or delete personal data, please contact the Data Privacy Officer of the Association in writing. 

All personal information web user provides to the New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association is secured on the New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association’s server with restricted access. The New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association reserves the right to use agents, who are bound by strict confidentiality guidelines, to perform storage and processing functions. Only designated employees or agents who need to carry out legitimate activities / functions are permitted to view your personal data. Employees or agents who violate the New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association’s privacy policies will be subject to disciplinary or legal actions.

D. Connect / Update Policy

Considering the confidentiality of individual information, the New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association’s policy is to disclose no personal information to third parties unless release is required by law or is pertinent to judicial or government investigations or proceedings. This site does not offer a way to delete / deactivate your data. However, at any time you may request your personal data to be removed from our database and we will honor such request. You may send e-mail to us for this request.

The online registration / donation process uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocol link provided by the New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association. This encrypts the New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association’s confidential information sending across the Internet.

The New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association may contain links to other sites, and the New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association make every effort to link only to sites that share the New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association’s high standards and respect for privacy.
